Key points

• Early voting runs Oct. 17-30; Election Day is Nov. 3
• Clark County voters can cast ballots at any site in the county
• Same-day registration is available with a Nevada license or ID

In-person early voting for the 2026 general election starts Saturday, Oct. 17, in Clark County and runs through Friday, Oct. 30, according to the Clark County Election Department. Election Day is Nov. 3.

Any registered Clark County voter may vote at any early voting site or Election Day vote center in the county, not just one near home.

Early voting sites include the Doolittle Community Center, the East Las Vegas Community Center and the Windmill Library, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. Hours vary by location, and the county posts schedules and an interactive map at ClarkCountyNV.gov/vote.

Registering at the polls

People who are eligible but not registered can register and vote the same day at a polling site. They need a Nevada driver's license, a Nevada ID card, a DMV interim document or a tribal ID. Online registration and updates are open through Oct. 20, and online same-day registration is available from Oct. 21 through Election Day.

In-person voting has a new step this year. After making selections on a ballot marking device, voters print and review their ballot, then feed it into a tabulator to cast it.

Mail ballots

Voters who received a mail ballot may still vote in person instead. Those who mail it back must sign the outside of the return envelope, and the Nevada secretary of state's office recommends mailing ballots at least a week before Election Day. Completed mail ballots can also be dropped off at any early voting site. The election department can be reached at (702) 455-8683.
