Unbuckled motorists account for nearly half of traffic fatalities, report says
While the vast majority (91%) of adults buckle up, new research by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety (AAAFTS) revealed that unbelted occupants accounted for nearly half of traffic deaths.
